Salata de rucola

Una dintre salatele mele preferate. Poate fi servita  atat ca atare, cat si ca garnitura alaturi de un fel principal.

Aveti nevoie de: 

–         rucola – aproximativ 100 grame

–         rosii cherry – 4 bucati

–         porumb – o lingura

–         seminte de susan- o lingura

–         parmezan razuit – o lingura

–         piper – dupa gust

–         ulei de masline – o lingurita

 Se spala rucola si se taie. Se aseaza in castron. Se spala si se taie rosiile cherry. Se aseaza peste rucola. Daca folositi porumb la conserva, scurgeti-l de apa si spalati-l bine. Presarati o lingura de porumb peste salata. Adaugati parmezanul razuit si semintele de susan. Asezonati cu ulei de masline si piper.
