2/3cup iaurt homemade

o banana bine coapta

6 capsuni mari

Blendati toate ingredientele.Decorati cu capsuni si cacao nibs si serviti. Puteti indulci cu miere sau sirop de artar daca va place mai dulce.Yum, yum. Pentru astfel de smoothie m-as antrena intens de mai multe ori pe zi. Il puteti folosi si ca alternativa sanatoasa la iaurturile cu fructe din comert.

Sunt gata sa fug la Art Bazar, pentru ca vreau sa profit de aceasta insorita si calduroasa vineri.
